Ok, so i’m gonna grype a little bit about this. I currently have this fascination about weather apps for my Android phone. Here is what I have found out: they all have different temps, up to 5 degrees different!! I think its a little rediculous to have 3 or 4 weather apps that give 3 different temps. How is this? When I was looking for a speaker system to play my ipod through at home I was amazed at how many there were. I wasn’t happy with the sound quality of myipod playing through my Bose 123 system, it definitely is not made for music. Although tv and movies sound awesome on it, but I will review that at a later date. So a few years ago I was at Circuit City and they had this this Kicker book box for the ipod called the ikick. I checked it out on the floor (i brought my ipod to the store so I can get a good example of what they would sound like). Continue reading »

Well, I figured I would take some time and create a small list of some of my favorite apps for my HTC Hero running Android 1.5. I know there are better apps for 2.x, and I cover those as soon as Sprint releases it for my phone.

“Slow, Lagging – nice phone though……”
Pros:
- Nice UserInterface
- Syncs with all Google contacts and such
- Pretty customizable
- Nice app store
- 7 home screens
- MS Exchange email service (Sprint)
- Good speaker Phone
- Standard size mini jack for headphones
Cons:
- terrible for texting if you try to text fast
- small keyboard
- slow, slow , slow
- lag, lag, lag
- phone service not as good as my Curve
- screen seems too sensitive sometimes
- No wifi when in airplane mode<= WHY?
- Sprint using 1.5 when 2.x is out<= WHY?
- MMS messages rarely works (Sprint)
